The Partnerships Specialist Brazil is responsible for coordinating and maintaining relationships with key partners such as Mercado Livre, Amazon, Netflix and others. This role involves negotiating and monitoring partnership agreements, securing exclusive benefits for clients, organizing events and training sessions, and ensuring the internal team is up to date with the latest innovations, tools, and market opportunities.
This position will also evaluate and acquire new partners, always aiming to bring innovation, diversify platforms for clients, and solve specific pain points across different categories. The Specialist will act as the main point of contact with partners in Brazil and will be responsible for driving partner engagement and ensuring internal teams can leverage all available resources and benefits.
Strong relationship-building skills, curiosity to learn about new trends, and a commercial-driven mindset are essential for developing and executing impactful partnership strategies.
What You'll Do Here:
- Foster and maintain relationships with top partners (e.g., marketplaces, streaming platforms, media platforms, technology providers).
- Track commercial agreements, rebates, and exclusive benefits for clients.
- Evaluate and onboard new partners, ensuring innovation and diversification of platforms.
- Organize and coordinate partner events, workshops, and trainings for the internal team.
- Ensure continuous communication with partners, keeping the agency updated on the latest news and opportunities.
- Act as the primary POC with partners in Brazil.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and solutions to client challenges through partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure profitability of agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitors to inform partnership strategy.
