Job Summary:

As a DSP Assistant, you will play an important role in driving the success of programmatic advertising campaigns on Amazon DSP. Your main responsibility will be to set up programmatic advertising campaigns, pull reports and contribute in analyzing performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
Working closely with a DSP Analyst, DSP Manager and Account Managers, you will gain a deep understanding of campaign objectives, target audiences, and performance goals. 
Your work will involve uploading creatives to the campaigns, creating orders and line items in Amazon DSP and Mercado Livre Ads and pullings reports to power decision making. 
To excel in this position, you must be detail-oriented, be comfortable working hands-on operations and have a considering affinity for retail media. 
Your ability to identify optimization opportunities and make data-driven recommendations will directly impact campaign performance and client satisfaction. Additionally, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising will be essential to continuously improve campaign strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Trafficking creatives in DSPs such as Amazon DSP;
  • Set-up programmatic campaigns in DSPs, such as Amazon DSP;
  • Pulling campaigns reports;
  • Contribute in analysis of programmatic advertising data and performance metrics;
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to optimize campaign performance;
  • Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of Amazon DSP and other relevant DSP platforms;
  • Set up campaigns and assist end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including audience segmentation and targeting;
  • Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

 

We Need a Person With:

  • Minimum intermediate English proficiency;
  • University degree completed or in progress in courses related with Advertising;
  • Ability to perform extremely detailed tasks and organize heavy workload independently;
  • Interpersonal skills, collaborative work style, and ability to effectively manage shifting priorities;
  • Understanding of performance metrics for programmatic media;
  • Previous experience with DSPs (Demand Side Platforms);
  • Experience with Excel/Sheets projects;
  • English proficiency to write and read;
  • Analytical mindset capable of developing reports and insights to increase client profitability.

 

What we consider as a plus:

  • Spanish language skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency;
  • Certifications related to DSP areas;
  • Previous experience with marketplace campaigns.
