We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable and receivable operations, ensuring accurate records in our ERP system, and supporting financial process improvements.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Deal with accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Record and reconcile financial transactions in the ERP system.
  • Follow up with delinquent customers and conduct payment negotiations when necessary.
  • Liaise with suppliers for invoice processing and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review monthly expense closing in partnership with the Operations team to ensure correct accounting allocations.
  • Conduct cash flow monitoring, billing analysis, and bank reconciliations.
  • Develop and improve financial controls, tools, and reporting mechanisms to enhance process efficiency.
  • Support internal teams and clients in resolving payment and invoicing issues.
  • Contribute to the implementation and enhancement of internal controls and financial procedures.


We Need a Person With:

  • Proven experience with accounts payable/receivable processes and ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and continuous improvement approaches.

 

What We Consider as a Plus:

  • Familiarity with international payment processes or multi-currency environments.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and Google Sheets
  • Previous experience in advertising agencies or other fast-paced, dynamic environments.
