We’re looking for a Copywriter to craft, optimize and elevate the creative presence of our clients across key marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee) and social media channels (organic and paid). This role is part of the Creative team and sits at the core of how brands are represented textually within these platforms — from product images and enhanced content to brand stores and campaign banners,

This role is hands-on and execution-focused. The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for copy with solid organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for writing and adapting copy for product pages, brand stores, campaigns and creative assets, ensuring consistency, clarity and alignment with each brand’s voice.

As a Copywriter Associate, you’ll collaborate closely with the Design team, other creative peers and your Copy Supervisor to deliver high-quality, consistent work across all client deliverables.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Write and adapt copy for retail media assets and campaign materials.
  • Support content creation for social media (organic and paid).
  • Follow brand guidelines and adapt tone of voice across different clients and platforms.
  • Apply copywriting best practices to structure content clearly and effectively.
  • Review and QA content to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Organize information and manage multiple deliverables with attention to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure copy and layout work together.
  • Incorporate feedback quickly and improve based on revisions.
  • Proactively research and organize information, and propose context-grounded creative solutions, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

 

We Need a Person With:

  • Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (completed or in progress).
  • Intermediate English skills (comfortable reading, writing and joining meetings).
  • Understanding of copywriting and digital content.
  • Ability to follow briefs and translate them into clear, structured copy.
  • Attention to detail, especially for QA and consistency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are indispensable.
  • Good organization and time management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

 

What we consider as a plus:

  • Certifications related to marketplaces or retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Ads).
  • Certifications related to social media (e.g., Meta, Pinterest).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO techniques and related tools.
  • Previous agency experience.
  • Beginner-level Spanish proficiency.
