We’re looking for a Brazil-based CRM Specialist to lead the implementation, management and continuous optimization of client CRM platforms such as Insider One. This role is responsible for building and managing the tools, data, and processes that power customer and prospect communications. This role blends strategy and hands-on execution—focused on maintaining the health and functionality of CRM platforms, supporting campaign setup and targeting, and delivering actionable insights to client marketing and sales teams. In the role, you’ll deliver personalized, timely communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels that enhance the customer experience, and drive measurable results.

You’ll partner with Client Services, Performance Media, CRO, Analytics, Creative, and client stakeholders to translate persona and customer journey insights into segmented communications, test plans, dashboards, and conversion-focused optimizations.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Serve as the day-to-day CRM/CDP specialist for Brazil client work, with primary focus on Insider One.
  • Audit existing CRM strategies, customer journeys, triggers, segmentation logic, cadence, reporting to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop communication strategies based on established personas, customer clusters, and journey stages, aligned to commercial campaigns, seasonality, and conversion goals.
  • Build, QA, and optimize database segmentation based on personas, lifecycle stage, opt-in status, behavioral signals, lead quality, and campaign objectives.
  • Support CRM database restructuring efforts by helping diagnose database storage, hygiene, sync, and lead segmentation issues, then partnering with technical and client teams to resolve them.
  • Work closely with the Project Management and Creative teams to create interesting, compelling, and fresh content. 
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel CRM communications across email, SMS, WhatsApp, app push, and web push notifications.
  • Configure and maintain campaigns, automations, triggers, workflows, lifecycle stages, campaign tagging, audience suppressions, and A/B tests in Insider One.
  • Monitor campaign cadence, audience overlap, deliverability, opt-in use, platform syncs, and data discrepancies to protect the customer experience and campaign performance.
  • Partner with CRO, Performance Media, Analytics, Client Services, Creative, and Project Management teams to connect CRM/CDP work to ecommerce conversion and broader growth initiatives.
  • Consult with external client teams to align CRM usage with campaign and pipeline goals.
  • Create and manage reporting dashboards and recurring performance summaries covering reach, engagement, conversion, revenue contribution, journey performance, segmentation performance, and KPI trends.
  • Translate campaign performance data into clear insights, next-step recommendations, and client-ready reporting.
  • Document best practices, operational processes, naming conventions, QA steps, and CRM learnings for internal and client teams.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.

We Need a Person With:

  • 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation, CRM/CDP administration, or a related role.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with Insider One strongly preferred; experience with similar CRM/CDP or marketing automation platforms may be considered.
  • Proven experience building and managing segmentation strategies for large customer databases, including personas, clusters, lifecycle stages, opt-in status, and behavioral audiences.
  • Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, app push, and web push notifications.
  • Comfortable diagnosing CRM database, data hygiene, storage, sync, and lead segmentation challenges, and partnering with technical teams to resolve them.
  • Strong understanding of customer journey strategy, lifecycle marketing, campaign cadence, triggers, suppressions, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Confident working with reporting tools and campaign analytics to evaluate KPIs, performance trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Working knowledge of CRO principles and how CRM/CDP strategy, segmentation, personalization, and messaging can influence ecommerce conversion rates.
  • Prior experience in ecommerce, performance marketing, retail media, consumer technology, or a data-tech environment highly preferred.
  • Fluent Portuguese and professional working English required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Brazilian CRM consent, opt-in, and data privacy considerations, including LGPD, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.
