Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Senior Retail Media Associate with a strong background in marketplace media buying and performance strategy. In this role, you’ll take the lead on planning, executing, and optimizing retail media campaigns across platforms like Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, and Shopee Ads.

You’ll partner closely with client service, creative, and data teams to ensure every campaign is aligned with strategic goals, driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and proactive, with a strong ability to connect performance insights to actionable decisions.

 

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Plan, execute, and promote paid media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads, and other relevant marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs (ACOS, CTR, CPC, attributed sales, among others) to ensure expected results.
  • Develop reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with account management, creative, and BI teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and guidelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and trends in retail media and marketplaces.

We Need a Person With:

  • Solid experience managing media campaigns on marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads, etc.), preferably with over 2 years in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of performance strategies (ACOS, bid optimization, audience targeting).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, AMC, Intentwise, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proactivity, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Certifications in retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads).
  • Previous experience in performance agencies or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of full-funnel and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience in strategic planning and managing large accounts.
