We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator Specialist with strong communication and storytelling skills. This is a hands-on, content-first role, perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging, trend-aware organic content across social platforms.
From concept to copy, light design, and video editing, you’ll bring ideas to life in ways that connect with audiences and support brand objectives. You’ll take ownership of monthly content calendars, pitch fresh concepts, develop visual and written assets, and help foster active, loyal communities. Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with both clients and internal teams to ensure content is not only creative but also strategic.
You’re more than just a content creator, you’re a storyteller, digital native, and creative thinker who knows what drives engagement and builds brand love. You’ll also act as a trusted creative partner to clients, presenting ideas with confidence and using feedback to elevate the final product.
What You'll Do Here:
- Actively participate in client-facing meetings to present creative plans, performance insights, and content recommendations with confidence and clarity.
- Create and manage monthly organic content calendars in collaboration with internal teams and clients, ensuring content aligns with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Develop, film, edit, and post short-form video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) that is visually engaging, brand-aligned, and platform-optimized.
- Conceptualize and pitch trend-driven, scroll-stopping ideas tailored to platform behaviors, audience insights, and engagement objectives.
- Write clear, compelling, and platform-native copy for social posts, stories, carousels, and video content.
- Design or support in creating visual assets—including static posts, carousels, video covers, and story slides—using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or Figma.
- Stay current on social media trends, pop culture moments, platform updates, and content best practices to keep output timely and relevant.
- Monitor and analyze content performance across platforms; report insights and optimize content direction based on data.
- Manage and engage with communities in an authentic, brand-consistent voice—responding to DMs, comments, and conversations to build audience loyalty.
- Coordinate or collect influencer and UGC assets for integration into brand storytelling.
- Lead social-first content production by contributing ideas, capturing content on-site, or guiding talent during shoots.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, design, account, and production) to ensure alignment across all creative touchpoints.
- Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail, prioritizing multiple projects and meeting time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality.
We Need a Person With:
- A strong portfolio or examples of high-performing, social-first content—ideally including short-form video, static visuals, and storytelling across platforms.
- Proficiency with video and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Figma, or Final Cut Pro.
- Excellent client communication skills—comfortable presenting work, receiving and applying feedback, and building strong, professional relationships.
- A deep understanding of platform nuances for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and how to tailor content for each audience and algorithm.
- Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behaviors, with the ability to translate those into effective creative strategy.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities—capable of turning abstract ideas into content that feels authentic, engaging, and shareable.
- A sharp eye for design, layout, and visual consistency, with an understanding of what performs best in feeds, stories, and video.
- A pulse on internet culture, memes, and emerging formats—you can spot and act on trends early, adapting them in a brand-relevant way.
- A data-aware mindset—comfortable interpreting analytics and using performance insights to improve creative direction and engagement.
- Strong organization skills.

- Spanish language skills;
- Photography or videography skills, especially for social-first content;
- Previous experience in influencer collaborations or UGC-driven campaigns.
