We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling and design. This is a hands-on, design-first role, perfect for someone who thrives on crafting compelling, platform-specific visuals that capture attention and drive engagement. You’ll take ownership of developing and managing a library of high-quality content pieces, templates, graphics, carousels, GIFs, and motion pieces, ensuring every design aligns with both platform requirements and brand strategy.

You’re more than just a designer, you’re a digital creative with a pulse on culture and an ability to translate strategy into visuals that spark engagement. You’ll also act as a trusted creative partner, collaborating across teams to deliver work that is not only visually impactful but also strategically effective.

 

What You'll Do Here:

  • Design engaging graphics, animations, and videos optimized for each social platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube, LinkedIn)
  • Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to develop cohesive campaigns.
  • Create assets for both paid and organic campaigns, including carousels, reels, GIFs, stories, and infographics.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visuals while adapting for different audiences and platforms.
  • Stay up to date on trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep content innovative.
  • Develop templates and maintain a well-organized design library for recurring use.
  • Optimize creative assets based on performance data and team feedback.
  • Manage multiple projects with varying timelines while meeting deadlines.
  • Support creative ideation, concept development, and campaign pitching with fresh design perspectives.
  • QA and prep files to ensure flawless execution across platforms.

We Need a Person With:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital/social media design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) & Canva. Video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of social-first design work, including motion graphics.
  • Solid understanding of platform dimensions, specs, and engagement-driven design.
  • Strong eye for typography, color, composition, and detail.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

What We Consider as a Plus:

  • Experience working with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or 3D design tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Interest in digital culture, emerging trends, and experimenting with new creative formats.
