We’re looking for a BI Assistant to join our growing Advanced Marketplace Analytics (AMA) team, based in São Paulo. This person will act as a key bridge between data and decision-making — bringing structure, clarity, and insight to both client-specific and strategic initiatives.
You will be supporting the Analytics Lead to work for a group of clients, partnering closely with Strategy, Creative, Media, and Account teams to deliver smart, scalable, and actionable analytics. At the same time, you’ll contribute to larger cross-functional efforts like case studies, internal insight projects, and thought leadership.
As Business Intelligence Assistant, you will be in charge of important responsibilities contributing not just for the BI team, but also teams involved in serving and impacting our clients. You will ensure accuracy and reliability of weekly generated data (Spreadsheets, Tableau, PowerBI and dashboards). Additionally, you will support the BI analyst and internal teams by gathering category benchmark information and documenting all processes. Your role includes finding solutions to automate report downloads, proposing new projects to optimize processes, and enhancing customer service.
This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with teams in Mexico and the United States, allowing you to propose, test, and present your ideas directly to the company's leadership.
What You’ll Do Here:
- Create PowerPoint report presentations to the clients by Account Managers team demands;
- Download reports on marketplace platforms (Amazon, MeLi, MagaLu, etc.);
- Review all data from Power BI and Tableau reports weekly to ensure reliability;
- Give support the Account Manager’s team;
- Review and document all processes;
- Propose and develop new projects in order to optimize processes in addition to delivering better service to customers.
We Need a Person With:
- Good knowledge on PowerPoint presentations;
- Intermediate level on Google Sheets/Excel;
- Good presentation, organization and relationship building skills;
- Be an analytical person;
- Be curious and willing to learn.
What We Consider as a Plus:
- Comfortable English level to maintain a conversation and writing;
- General knowledge on Microsoft Power BI and Tableau;
- Advanced level on Google Sheets/Excel;
