We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to craft, optimize, and elevate the creative presence of our clients across key marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee) and social media channels (organic and paid). This role is part of the Creative team and sits at the core of how brands are represented visually within these platforms — from enhanced content to brand stores, campaign banners and posts.

The ideal candidate combines a strong eye for design with solid organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A good sense of composition, hierarchy, and user flow is essential to ensure that every creative asset not only looks great and follows the brand guidelines, but also supports business goals and guides shoppers smoothly through the product journey.

Beyond execution, this role requires the ability to take ownership of projects, translate briefs into well-structured creative solutions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of outputs and processes.

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with the Copywriting team, other creative peers and your Design Supervisor, while also engaging with stakeholders to present ideas, support decisions, and ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.


What You’ll Do Here:

  • Take ownership of end-to-end creative projects, from briefing interpretation to final delivery, ensuring quality and consistency throughout all stages while identifying risks, managing expectations, and making informed decisions along the process.
  • Translate briefs into innovative and strategic visual solutions, considering business goals, brand identity, user behavior and platform dynamics.
  • Present and defend creative proposals to internal teams and clients with confidence, adapting communication to different audiences, practicing intentional listening and incorporating feedback constructively.
  • Structure creative decisions with clear, data-informed reasoning, articulating the approach objectively, coherently and with relevant insights before starting and when presenting the final proposal, balancing analytical thinking with creative intuition.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance creative exploration, streamline workflows, and optimize production processes, ensuring outputs remain aligned with brand standards and quality expectations.
  • Support the Design Supervisor and collaborate with the Creative team guiding junior designers, sharing feedback, references and best practices.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization in existing assets and processes, proposing improvements based on performance, usability or guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date on new design trends, creative tools and marketplace features to bring fresh ideas and enhancements to client deliverables.

We Need a Person With:

  • Completed higher education in Design, Advertising or related fields.
  • Advanced English skills to read, write, and communicate effectively with the global team.
  • Ability to connect creative decisions with business and performance goals.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Confidence in presenting ideas and engaging in constructive discussions with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make informed decisions with limited supervision.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and how they can inform creative optimization.
  • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams (e.g. copywriters, account managers, media teams).
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Docs and Sheets for creating reports and presentations.

What We Consider as a Plus:

  • Experience working with A/B testing and creative iteration processes.
  • Ability to work with modular design systems or scalable templates.
  • Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative fill, image/video AI tools) applied to design workflows.
  • Mid-level Spanish proficiency. 
  • Knowledge of video editing/motion design softwares (Adobe Premiere and After Effects).
  • Certifications related to marketplaces or retail media platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Ads).
  • Previous experience working in an agency environment.
