Mindgruve is seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Specialist, Paid Search with a focus on paid search / PPC / SEM. Our ideal candidate will proactively identify SEM/PPC opportunities while staying up to date on the latest trends and best practices within the SEM industry.

What You'll Do Here:

  • Track, measure and report on paid search campaigns across multiple engines.
  • Optimize paid search campaigns across multiple engines.
  • Support the Paid Search team in developing strategies as well as the day to day management of accounts.
  • Responsible for coordination and tracking of regular performance media tasks as well as ad-hoc deliverables.
  • Keyword research and search query reporting analysis for ad group development.
  • Analysis and optimization of keywords, ad copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and assess the competitive landscape and keyword ranking performance.
  • Follow and stay on top of industry best practices from Google, Microsoft Ads, and others.
  • Collaborate with Paid Search team management to develop new campaigns and strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of client ready presentations.
  • Client reporting at varying cadences (weekly, monthly, QBRs).

We Need a Person With:

  • Bachelor’s degree – preferably in marketing, communications or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of paid search/online marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Expertise with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Search Ads. 360 experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and experience with analytics and competitive analysis tools.
  • Proficiency in the Google Workspace and Microsoft Office software suites.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and personal integrity.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results and analyzing data to gain insights and opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with online bid management platforms is a plus.
  • Google Ads Search certification.
